We put a lot of thought into our timetable each year so families have options that are as convenient as possible, while still giving our little dancers the structure and quality they need to grow.
We also try to confirm our key dates nice and early so you can plan ahead with confidence. Sometimes dates may shift due to things outside our control (like venue changes or event scheduling), but we’ll always let you know as early as we can.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Enrolling at TBPA
Before your child starts classes, we just need a couple of things completed so we have the right information and they’re placed in the correct class.
To confirm your 2026 enrolment, we simply need:
1. Your completed 2026 enrolment form
2. Your enrolment fee paid
Once this is done, your child is fully enrolled and ready for the new year. You’ll then receive more information about uniforms, shoes, how we communicate, and everything you need to help your child settle in.
How Our Year Works
Our classes run across four terms, following the QLD school calendar (39 weeks total).
We take breaks during school holidays, and classes resume at the start of each term.
Enrolling for the year means committing to your child’s term fees over that period.
Fees
We aim to make fees simple and predictable for families.
- Fees are billed at the start of each term
- Payment is due by the first Friday of term
- You can choose to pay upfront or use a weekly direct debit
Direct debit has a small surcharge and stays active for the full term.
If you ever need support with payments, please reach out early - we’re always happy to help.
Late Payments
If a payment hasn’t come through by the due date and we haven’t heard from you, a $20 late fee applies.
This helps us cover admin time so classes can keep running smoothly.
All fees must be up to date for students to continue classes or participate in performances.
Other Costs
Things like costumes, uniforms or workshops are billed separately unless stated otherwise.
Any outstanding fees from a previous term will need to be finalised before the next term begins.
Public Holidays
Most classes continue on public holidays unless otherwise noted.

Privacy
Your family’s information is safe with us.
We only collect what we need to communicate with you and run our programs smoothly, and your details are never shared except with our direct debit provider (if you choose that option).
